Tiny Moves – Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Participation
By enrolling in a Tiny Moves program, you acknowledge that participation involves physical activity. You agree that your child participates at their own risk. You are responsible for ensuring your child does not engage in behavior that endangers themselves or others.
2. Medical Disclosure & Safety
You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your child's participation. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, while our staff may provide basic first aid, the primary responsibility remains with the parent/guardian present.
3. Parental Supervision
Tiny Moves is not a childcare provider. A parent or guardian must remain on-site and provide constant supervision for the duration of the class. We encourage active participation to support your child's development and maintain class flow.
4. Fees and Payments
- Currency: All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Booking Structure: Fees must be paid in full prior to the first class to secure your child's spot.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Stripe.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: As we offer a trial class to ensure the program is a fit for your child, we do not offer refunds once a term booking is confirmed.
- Cancellations: If Tiny Moves must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or venue issues), we will offer a make-up session or a credit.
6. Make-Up Classes
If your child misses a class due to illness or personal travel:
- A maximum of two (2) make-up classes are permitted per year, subject to availability in other scheduled classes.
- Make-up classes do not carry over to the following year.
- No credits or pro-rata refunds are provided for missed classes.
7. Timetable Changes
Tiny Moves reserves the right to alter timetables or locations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible via email or SMS to affected families.
8. Photography and Social Media
We love capturing the joy of our classes! From time to time, we may take photos or videos for promotional use (website, Instagram, Facebook).
- Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing at tinymoves.au@gmail.com.
- Privacy: We are committed to security and will never tag a child's full name without explicit secondary consent.
9. Food and Drink Policy
To ensure the safety of all children (especially those with severe allergies) and to protect equipment:
- No food is to be consumed during the active class session.
- Please bring a labeled water bottle for your child.
10. Code of Conduct
We maintain a positive, inclusive environment. Inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other families may result in immediate removal from the class and cancellation of classes without a refund.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
